1. Introduction
ZODO is operated by Yoursoft Digital Inc., a company registered in Canada. This page applies to zodo.ca and www.zodo.ca. Other ZODO services publish their own notices.
2. Information we collect and why
We collect names, business contact details and the information you provide when you contact us, request a demonstration or ask for support. We use this information to answer you, arrange the requested service and maintain our business relationship.
Our servers receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and error or security logs to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse.
Demo requests can include your company, role, team size, preferred meeting time and optional messaging preferences.
3. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, storage, email and messaging delivery, payments, security and support. Connected integrations receive information needed for the features you or your organization enable. We may disclose information when legally required or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable protections.
Canadian incorporation does not mean that every service provider processes data only in Canada. Processing locations depend on the hosting and integrations in use. Contact us for information about providers and locations relevant to your account; this policy does not promise Canadian-only processing.
4. Text messaging privacy
If you opt in to demo text notifications, we use your number for requested confirmations and reminders and record your consent. Consent to these messages is optional. Messaging providers, including Twilio when enabled, process the information needed to deliver them. Mobile information and opt-in consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Reply STOP to withdraw consent or HELP for assistance, or contact support@zodo.ca. Withdrawing messaging consent does not cancel an existing booking.
5. How long we keep information
We retain inquiry and support information while handling your request and for follow-up, dispute resolution and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Account and workspace data is retained to provide the contracted service and handle account closure. Billing, security and consent records may need to be kept longer for legal obligations, fraud prevention or evidence of consent.
Retention depends on the record type, customer agreement and applicable obligations; there is no single period for all records. Deletion requests are assessed against those purposes and obligations, and backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle expires. Contact us for the retention period and deletion process relevant to your records.
6. Access, correction, deletion and consent
To request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern, email privacy@yoursoftdigital.ca with the subject “Privacy request — ZODO”. Tell us which service and records your request concerns. Do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents in your initial message. We may need to verify your identity and authority.
We will explain any applicable limits, including records that must be retained. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from providing a feature that requires the information. For records managed by a CRM customer, contact that customer; we can assist them in handling your request. You may also contact the applicable Canadian privacy regulator if a concern remains unresolved.
8. Safeguards
We use access controls and technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and only upload information you are authorized to use.
9. Changes and contact
We update this notice when our practices change and update the date above. Material new purposes may require additional notice or consent. Privacy questions for Yoursoft Digital Inc. can be sent to privacy@yoursoftdigital.ca.
