ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility

Our approach to accessible services and how to ask for support.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. Introduction

ZODO is operated by Yoursoft Digital Inc., a company registered in Canada. This page applies to zodo.ca and www.zodo.ca. Other ZODO services publish their own notices.

2. Our accessibility commitment

We want people with disabilities to be able to use this service. We aim to improve access in line with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including keyboard operation, readable text, clear labels and compatibility with assistive technology. This is an ongoing goal, not a certification that every screen meets every criterion.

3. Using these pages

The policy pages include heading structure, descriptive links, keyboard focus indicators, a skip link and layouts that support zoom and small screens. Cookie choices use labelled controls and can be operated by keyboard. Reduced-motion preferences are respected for the policy and consent interface.

4. Report a barrier or request another format

Email privacy@yoursoftdigital.ca with the subject “Accessibility — ZODO”. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered and your preferred reply method. If useful, include your browser and assistive technology. Please do not include confidential customer records.

You may request help completing a task or receiving information in another format. We will work with you to identify an accessible way to provide the information or service.

5. Continuing improvements

Complex CRM workflows, uploaded customer documents and third-party integrations may have accessibility limitations. We review reported barriers and prioritize remediation. An accessibility statement does not replace testing the actual service with keyboards, screen readers and other assistive technology.
